Rental Service
Since starting the UK’s first pressure care product rental service in the late 1960s, our nationwide rental service now comprises a fleet of in excess of 40 custom-equipped vehicles operating out of over a dozen service centres throughout the UK to deliver and install products direct to hospitals, nursing homes or patients in their own homes.
Our fully trained Technicians will respond to your requests within 24 hours but more typically in 2 to 6 hours. Our staff work as part of a team liaising with Trusts, nursing home managers and administrators as well as nursing staff and the patient themselves where appropriate, to give the best possible service. Our service is continually being developed, the range and scope of which is determined by individual users’ needs.
Our 24 hour Customer Services Helpline offers informative advice with assistance from a team of Tissue Viability Nurses available for queries of a more clinical nature when required. Our team of Technicians also provide on-site servicing and maintenance of a wide range of equipment, whether manufactured by Talley Medical or by other manufacturers. A range of service and planned maintenance options are available for previously purchased or leased equipment.
Talley Medical prides itself on the extremely high standard it offers for the cleaning and decontamination of its product range, providing thermal and chemical equipment disinfection subject to random quality control checks and swab testing, to standards over and above Department of Health and ICNA guidelines.
