Mid Cheshire NHS Trust has invested in state of the art equipment provided by the Talley Group to help patients who have a variety of mobility issues. The Quattro range of alternating pressure relieving mattresses feature independent air-cells that help to ensure the skin is put under no direct pressure, preventing pressure sores developing, and healing existing problems.
Mid Cheshire NHS Trust chose the Talley equipment following trials on the wards to evaluate the products clinical and cost effectiveness as well as patient acceptance. Following the success of these trials the Trust deployed over 200 alternating pressure relieving mattress products from the Quattro range.
Talley’s Group Operations Manager Kevin Mearns said:
We have worked closely with the Trust throughout their selection process and were able to clearly demonstrate the clinical acceptance of the Quattro range along with our total commitment to the customer – listening to them, and responding to their needs.
