Talley Group invited to speak at national conferences
Posted: Thursday, April 12th, 2007
The talks are the latest in a series of engagements and media interviews which has seen the Talley group prominent on ITN and in the national media.
Infection Control, London 2nd May, and “Reducing C-Diff” Manchester 11th July, will also host speakers including Professor Brian Duerden of the Department of Health, Murray Devine of the Healthcare Commission, and Christine Beasley, Chief Nursing Officer.
Topics include the management of C-Diff, discussion of the code of practice, and screening procedures.
Neil Manser, head of the Talley Environmental Care division, has worked in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry for more than 15 years and took 18 months out of his career after his father contracted MRSA while in hospital for a non-surgical procedure. During this time he worked with a number of charities including the Infection Control Nurses Association (ICNA) to help raise the profile of healthcare infections, and campaign for greater accountability within the healthcare sector.
