Talley Group are pleased to confirm that the Venturi™ Canisters and Venturi™ Wound Sealing Kits have been included within Drug Tariff Part 1X.
The products will be listed in the September 2008 edition of the Drug Tariff within the Dressings, Wound Management Dressings, Topical Negative Pressure System Accessories section.

Venturi Negative Pressure Wound Therapy dressing kits contain everything needed to apply the Chariker- Jeter dressing technique, which involves the application of a moistened anti-microbial dressing (AMD) gauze and a silicone drain to the wound, this is then covered with a transparent film, ensuring an air tight seal and a moist wound healing environment are maintained. The drainage tubing is then connected to the individual sealed Venturi 600ml canister that fits securely and discreetly onto the back of the pump unit, the canister comes with integrated solidifier, hydrophobic and carbon bacterial filters.
The Venturi Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System can be purchased or rented directly from the Talley Group.
