The Multicom™ 501 sequential compression system is designed for the non-invasive treatment of venous insufficiency, some chronic non-healing wounds and ulcers.
Features
- Unique dual range pressure selection – 30mmHg to 60mmHg (default) or 30mmHg – 120mmHg high range
- Each therapy period has its own variable duration, pressure, cycle time and gradient setting
- Power unit features audible and visual operation status and fault indicators
- Used with five chamber garments for full leg, calf, full arm or forearm
- Garment chambers inflate sequentially with one pressurised chamber holding behind the inflating chamber to keep fluid moving proximally and to avoid reflux
- Leg garments feature rapid deflation plug and inflatable sole for improved fluid movement from the foot
- All garments feature snap-on connectors to ensure correct connection to power unit
