The below positions are currently available:

► Procurement Co-ordinator – Temporary (Full Time) (based in our Romsey HQ)

• Review and update existing orders with suppliers, as well as expediting overdue orders and updating internal departments as required. This relates to stand alone orders as well as blanket orders

• Create and place planned orders from ERP generated requirements, and create new sub-contract orders from planned works orders, raising purchase orders, works orders and pick lists

• Source and manage new and existing supplier accounts and create/update vendor trade agreements

• Raise non-inventory orders after authorisation

• Any other administration/duties within the department as required

• Previous experience of working in Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain

• Thorough knowledge of the Procurement/Purchasing function and how it fits within the wider Supply Chain function

• Experience of working with an ERP system

 Despatch Operative (based in our Romsey HQ)

• Loading & unloading of lorries

• Physical handling and movement of stock

• Complete all transactions in a timely manner on a live database

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Transacting of all material movements

• Action and completion of all necessary paperwork

• Responsible for good housekeeping and ensuring the Despatch department is clean, tidy and organised at all times

• Ensuring all work activities are undertaken in a safe and effective manner, observing H&S procedures/responsibilities, Company policies and Work Instructions (WI)

► Factory Operatives (based in our Romsey HQ)

• Previous assembly/production work preferred

• Good communication skills

• Punctual, reliable and flexible

• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good organisation and problem-solving skills

• Good working knowledge of computers advantageous

► Decontamination Centre Operatives

• Ability to undertake repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a very high degree of consistency and accuracy

• Experience of working within a multi-functional team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Awareness of the importance of hand hygiene and the associated risks of cross infection

• Clear and concise handwriting

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative

• A conscientious team player

• Flexible in approach to work patterns and demands
