Coronavirus - A manufacturing update

In extraordinary times, with challenges on staff, supply and despatch, Talley have been able to continue to supply our products both in the UK and Internationally. However, to ensure we can meet the increased demand due to the escalating situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have made a decision to only offer 3 standard product variations with immediate effect. This will allow us to continue supplying high quality, UK manufactured medical devices to our customers over the coming months. 
 The variations are as follows: 

Quattro Acute – Standard 27 cell length and 90cm width 
Quattro Plus – Standard 30 cell length and 88cm width (no CPC) 
Quattro Plus – Long 32 cell length and 88cm width (no CPC) 

For International Customers we will supply pumps with language variation, correct plug and where possible labelling to meet destination requirements. Where we have supply issues, we will label with UK version and send out replacements when available. 
This means that we will have extended lead times on any other product variations from the Quattro Range, Fusion Hybrid and Response, Pulsair and Duocare. This will be a minimum of 12 weeks, reviewable monthly.  

This enables us to keep production levels high to meet the growing demand globally and we look to our customers to support us in this decision. For any orders that we have on our books that are not within the specifications or are for the products with longer lead times above, we will be in touch to review your requirements.
